Then either a brief 10-15 minute consultation will take place on the phone, a suitable start date, place and time can also be arranged at this point, or you are welcome to email and you are welcome to arrange your first session. Subject to availability. ​

While fortnightly sessions are available weekly is often recommended as more can be more effective and can reduce the amount of sessions required.
