Counselling offers a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and confidential setting to explore the issues that you are struggling with. The aim of the therapy is to process and work through the difficult points on your life to a point where you feel comfortable with the tools needed to go on to live a happier life equipped with your own personal coping skills.

As an integrative counsellor my approach is predominantly person-centred. This means that I understand this is your time and your therapy and the focus will come from and be about you. I will not tell you what to do, I will not judge you but I will listen and provide you with the supportive environment you need to find your answers within. I am also qualified to offer other Integrative counselling that combine carefully selected complementary theoretical approaches and interventions to meet clients' needs.

Therapy can be daunting and so it is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist therefore I welcome a 10/15 minute telephone conversation before your first full session. There is no charge for this call.
