Emergency contacts

There may be a time when you require an immediate response, counsellors rarely offer this service however there are other supporting services in place. Please see below for mental health emergency contacts

Please bare in mind these support lines are there for immediate support, they offer a great service but the support is not ongoing, nor consistent as you are likely to find yourself speaking to different people each time. Only therapy can offer the ongoing support you may need to fully support your mental health long term. But please do use these contacts for in the moment immediate support and always use 999 in an emergency.
